Following the path of stories from last year’s Awaken, Inspire and Reconnect retreat - a remedy for the body and the soul - this year we will complete our journey on the myths of Hindu Gods in this 5-day yoga retreat. We will explore, physically and mentally, the qualities and values embodied by Hindu Gods, through stories, asanas, and mantras. Each god represents one of our unlimited aspects: love, jealousy, anger, devotion, persistence, patience. Gods will quit their ideal society and blend with people, fall in love, fight, become protagonists in heroic achievements and battle evil. Ganesha, Hanuman, Krishna and Shiva will address our dilemmas and guide our hearts beyond the limits of mind and logic.

Nutrition
There is movement in the house. It's that beautiful, soft time before dinner. Newly made friends join each other around the dinner table. Laughs echoe on the traditional stone walls, reaching the kitchen. The house is infused with invigorating aromas of traditional dishes, hand-gathered herbs shining through them.
Everything in our seasonal menu is of Greek origin. In every retreat you will find dishes well-rooted in tradition, lovingly made by local cooks. In an effort to minimise our footprint we are serving only vegetarian dishes.

Deep blue and bright white form an endless unity in colour which instantly calms and relaxes.
