A Yoga & Mindset Retreat: Integrating Movement and Mindfulness for Inner Change
This October, Marmēro Retreats opens a new chapter of journeys in collaboration with Yoga Instructor Natalia Nikolopoulou and Mindset Coach Rania Parousi, devoted to both movement and mind. On the Cycladic island of Tinos, we gather together in a space where the body softens, the mind quiets, and something deeper begins to unfold.
Some things are not meant to be found. Only to be given space to breath. Over the course of this 5-day retreat, we slow down and create space to listen. Through yoga, breathwork, guided visualisations and group coaching circles, we move the body to awaken the mind and create the conditions for something real to land.
In moments of stillness and shared reflection we meet ourselves with honesty and care. We pause, observe and listen. Not to judge, but to understand. To gently recognise what we have been carrying and consciously choose what to let go of. In quietness and the simplicity of being, something shifts. A remembrance, or perhaps rediscovery, of self.
About Natalia Nikolopoulou
Natalia is an authorised Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, certifyied at Svaha Yoga. A lifelong student with an endless curiosity, she has deepened her understanding of movement through Fighting Monkey seminars in Greece and abroad, as well as workshops with Shai Faran, Ido Portal, and Almog Loven, exploring the body through Gaga Dance and Contact Improvisation. Her approach flows naturally both onto the mat and into life, shaping a practice fluid, expressive, and grounded in connection.
About Rania Parousi
Rania is a triple-certified Mindset Coach based in Amsterdam. A committed seeker of depth and precision, she holds an MBA and has refined her craft through extensive training at Erickson Coaching International, Positive Intelligence®, and Brain Academy. Her work bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and advanced coaching methodology, helping people navigate the mental noise of high-pressure environments to find sustainable clarity. Her expertise flows naturally into her coaching, where she combines analytical rigor with a genuine warmth to facilitate honest conversations that stay with you.
Accommodation
Participants will be housed in a magical villa complex at the island of Tinos offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands.
The place, an amalgam of subtle luxury and traditional charm, is the ultimate peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Facilities include a private infinity pool, a tranquil yoga shala and private parking.
Nutrition
There is movement in the house. It's that beautiful, soft time before dinner. Newly made friends join each other around the dinner table. Laughs echoe on the traditional stone walls, reaching the kitchen. The house is infused with invigorating aromas of traditional dishes, hand-gathered herbs shining through them.
Everything in our seasonal menu is of Greek origin. In every retreat you will find dishes well-rooted in tradition, lovingly made by local cooks. In an effort to minimise our footprint we are serving only vegetarian dishes.

DAILY ROUTINE
Our day begins with a warm cup of coffee followed by an energising yoga practice.
After a wholesome brunch we meet again for our daily coaching session. On select days, we’ll dive into curated craftsmanship workshops. On others, the afternoon is yours to enjoy: roam the island, relax with a restorative massage, or dive deeper with a 1:1 coaching session.
As the sun slowly sets, we gather together to re-centre and reflect while sharing a nourishing dinner together. The night ends under the glow of the autumn moonlight, where stories and laughter turn fellow travellers into lifelong friends.
